A full day or even two with hefty to moderate usage can be achieved with a good Htc Thunderbolt extended battery. When I need things done, I am seldom inclined to experiments, and I want my battery to support my phone and me so that we do not have to think about possibilities for charging in the run of the day.

Not without some frustration we usually come to the conclusion that our Thunderbolt won’t serve to its full potential unless some critical measures are taken. This is a general problem of today’s smartphones and is closely linked to the size of the handset.

The use of a smartphone differs substantially from the use of a laptop. While we also use laptops in the wireless environments being outdoors and away from the mains, we still see them more like “portable desktops” that we can carry from place to place and work from the office, home or an airport. We always settle in a place for a while before we pull out our laptop. Smartphones, on the other hand, are mostly used „on the go”, so we expect long enough battery life.

Unfortunately, this is not the case. The batteries with which the phones are shipped, are small and weak. They are made for the phone to be as thin as possible at the expense of the capacity. If you now want your Htc Thunderbolt phone to live up to the reasons why you bought it, you have to make one more investment into an extended battery.

Most Thunderbolt 4G users think that the phones should have been shipped with the extended battery because it is far from being a luxury accessory. Why those for whom the thinness of the phone is an issue cannot go and buy a thin and weak enough battery? A serious user just needs power to keep the phone going. Who cares that it is now a bit less thin with Htc Thunderbolt extended battery?

When there has been trouble enough even so, the last thing you want is a new failing curve. Such is quite likely to happen if you pick a Htc Thunderbolt extended battery. There are several models available, and the prices range from mere 7 bucks up to $100 and more. With some commonsense reasoning, we can very well cross out quite a few suspects from the lowest price end. A good battery cannot be too cheap.

Another thing, rather counter-intuitive, is the fact that they might not be the extended batteries from the phone manufacturer itself that will serve us best. However strange this might seem, the Htc Thunderbolt extended battery and battery compartment door from some respected third party suppliers will fit much better, cause less problems and provide untarnished user experience. What we really need to do is take some time to segregate the right names.
